摘要

Abstract

Rabbits were immunized with three kinds of acrylamide artificial antigens which were synthetized via active ester method, then the antibodies with the titer of 1:32000, 1:40000 and 1:8000 were obtained. High specific antibody was produced from acrylamide and 3-mercaptobenzoic acid (3-MBA). The inhibition rate of antibody against acrylamide derivative at the concentration of t μg/mL was 80.7%, and there was no cross-reactivity with acrylamide or 3-MBA. The research provided references for the rapid detection for acrylamide in processed food by ELISA method
