排风藤中化学成分的分离与鉴定OA北大核心CSTPCD
Isolation and identification of chemical constituents of Solanum catha yanum
利用溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、RP-HPLC等色谱方法,从排风藤95％乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物.通过理化性质和1H NMR、13C NMR等光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构为β-谷甾醇(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),N-反式香豆酰酪胺(3),N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺(4),N-反式阿魏酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(5),N-trans -feruloylo-ctopamine(6).其中化合物2～6为首次从该植物中分离得到.
To study the chemical constituents of Solanum cathayanum. The air-dried sterns of this plant were extracted with 95% ethanol. The extracts were separated and purified by normal-phase and reverse-phase silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, RP-HPLC.
