Abstract
Optimal conditions of sea buckthom superoxide dismutase were studied and the effect of chemical modified SOD was evaluated. With sea buckthom as raw materials,choosing dialysis membrane technology for pure SOD,lauric acid was used as chemical modification on the sea buckthom SOD. The natural SOD and modified S~D were taken respectively as subject to test on thermal stability, resistance to hydrolysis resistance, pH stability and effects of metal ions. Draw a conclusion that the modified SOD was significantly improved in the temperature stability and pH stability. Compared with the natural SOD, LA-SOD enzyme protease significantly enhanced tolerance,and metal ions had a different impact on the modified SOD than natural SOD.关键词
