川麦冬提取物制备及其在卷烟中的应用
Preparation of the Ophiopogon japonicus（Thumb. ） Ker-Gawll extracts and its application in cigarette
摘要
Abstract
In order to develop new tobacco extracts from natural plants,the extract from Ophiopogon japonicus （Thumb.） Ker-Gawll was prepared. rthogonal experiments results indicated that the optimum condition of isolation and preparation was extracting for 10 times with 30% ethanol,5 times with macroporous resin and washing with 3BV water and 3BV 30% ethanol successively by using column separation. The major saponin constituents were analyzed as ruscogenin,diosgenin,yamogenin by HPLC. The evaluation of the reference cigarette using these extracts showed that the sample can stimulate saliva,enhance the moisture of the smoke, reduce irritation and make the aftertaste pleasant and soft.关键词
