摘要
Abstract
y-PGA was purified by anion exchange column chromatography. Through statical adsorption test and dynamic test of the anion resin,the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows.sample pH 8.0,sample quantity of resin 27.3mg/g ,eluant 0.7 mol/L NaCI,eluting velocity 1.0mL/min,and eluting temperature 20℃. At last,the purity of y-PGA was improved from 86.7% to 96.2%.关键词
