摘要

Abstract

The migration of Benzophenone(BP) and 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone(HCH) from paper into water,3% acetic acid,15% ethanol,50% ethanol and 95% ethanol was studied using the direct immersion method at 70℃ and 90℃ respectively. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed for the detection of BP and HCH in these food simulants, The calibration cures of 2 photoinitiators were liner in the range of 0.64-40mg/L with correlation coefficients not less than 0.9995. The migration was more significant at higher temperature and longer migration time. At the same time,the migration of both BP and HCH increased more sharply with higher concentration of ethanol. The migration in 3% acetic acid was less than other food simulants.
