Research progress in extraction and quantification of citrus flavonoid
摘要
Abstract
Citrus fruits are one of the largest fruit production in world,and contains more bio-active ingredients, especially flavonoid. Flavonoid is a kind of active material which possesses many biological activities,so the extraction and quantification of fiavonoid from citrus fruit attracted people's extensive attention. In this paper, the extraction and quantification methods of citrus flavonoid were particularly introduced,and provided references to the flavonoid researchers.关键词
