To find out the key points of food allergen management by analyzing the foreign warning information
摘要
Abstract
Currently,because of being ignorant of the key points of the food allergen labeling management,the food company in the whole world are inefficient in responding to the food allergen labeling Act.In this paper,the effect of different countries,allergens,and allergens free food,and then promote the coping strategies suggest were studied,through the statistical analyzing of the warming issued by European Union,the United States,Canada and Australia from 2007 to 2009,with which the food company can easily catch the point of the management.关键词
