Determination the contents of amino acids and vitamins in eight kinds of wild vegetables

Abstract
The contents of Amino acids in eight kinds of wild vegetables collected in Guizhou had been determined by RP-HPLC with precolumn derivatization and the contents of Vitamins in these wild vegetables had been determined by using HPLC.The results showed that the contents of total and essential amino acids were richer in Nasturtium officinale R.Br,Chenopodium album,Mentha spicata Linn,the content of VA was the highest in Gnaphalium affine D.Don,the contents of VEwere richer in Mentha spicata Linn,Oenanthe javanica(B1ume.)DC,Aster sublatus Michx,the contents of VB1were richer in Geum japonicum Thunb.var.chinese F.Bolle,Nasturtium officinale R.Br,Gnaphalium affine D.Don,the content of VB2 was the highest in Nasturtium officinale R.Br.These wild vegetables had a general higher nutrition value.关键词
