摘要
Abstract
The solution properties of alkali soluble arabinoxylan（AX）extracted from corn bran were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer and dynamic laser scattering.The effect of concentration,temperature and solvent on the aggregation of AX was discussed.It was found that AX could form aggregate readily,and the aggregation of AX become stronger with the increasing of concentration.However,with the increasing of temperature or adding of the sodium hydroxide,the aggregation of AX became weak.This indicated that the hydrogen bonding interaction played an important role in the aggregation of AX.关键词
