Abstract

This article selected the strains that had faster utilization of glucose and xylose that was unable to consume L-arabinose,comparing the separation performance of L-arabinose in corn husk hydrolyzate by several strains of yeast and mould.Using five strains of yeast,seven strains of mould and mould Mgb1,Mgb2 isolated from enviroment to ferment corn husk hydrolyzate.The results showed that afer four-day fermentation of Torulopsis,and three-day fermentation of Trichoderma,Botrytis cinerea and mold Mgb1,Mgb2,the ratio of retention of xylose was less than 5%,and arabinose was more than 75% in corn husk hydrolyzate.It’s separation method that was simple and effective,three strains were used in common and easy to yield,providing some extent reference for separetion performance of L-arabinose by microorganism.
