摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of embryonated egg extracts on splenocyte and macrophage of hypoimmunity mice by in vitro cell trials.Methods:Hydro-ligarine was applied as the extraction solvent to divide embryonated egg mixture to hydro-soluble(CEAE)and petroleum-ether-soluble(CEPEE)part.The investigation of immunomodulatory effect of CEAE and CEPEE consisted of splenocyte proliferation,IL-2 production,macrophage phagocytosis and NO production at concentration of 10~500μg/mL.Results:Embryonated egg extracts recovered the the immune function.CEPEE remarkably enhanced splenocyte proliferation and IL-2 production,while CEAE significantly contributed to the macrophage function(macrophage phagocytosis and NO production),both in a dose-dependent way.Conclusion:The hydro-soluble and petroleum-ether-soluble parts acted on the splenocyte and macrophage respectively to up-regulate cell immunity.
