Effect of embryonated egg extracts on splenocyte and macrophage in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective：To study the effect of embryonated egg extracts on splenocyte and macrophage of hypoimmunity mice by in vitro cell trials.Methods：Hydro-ligarine was applied as the extraction solvent to divide embryonated egg mixture to hydro-soluble（CEAE）and petroleum-ether-soluble（CEPEE）part.The investigation of immunomodulatory effect of CEAE and CEPEE consisted of splenocyte proliferation,IL-2 production,macrophage phagocytosis and NO production at concentration of 10~500μg/mL.Results：Embryonated egg extracts recovered the the immune function.CEPEE remarkably enhanced splenocyte proliferation and IL-2 production,while CEAE significantly contributed to the macrophage function（macrophage phagocytosis and NO production）,both in a dose-dependent way.Conclusion：The hydro-soluble and petroleum-ether-soluble parts acted on the splenocyte and macrophage respectively to up-regulate cell immunity.关键词
