摘要
Abstract
The influences of DNA extraction method,sample matrix and edible oil processing on DNA extraction from edible oil were systematically illustrated.The application progress of chosengene of detection,spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectroscopy,qualitative PCR,real time PCR and molecular markers were reviewd.And the present problems and development prospects of DNA extraction from edible oil and detection technique were discussed.关键词
