摘要
Abstract
The consumption of dairy products had greatly increased over the past years as a result of their benefits to human health.The packaging material played an important role in maintaining dairy products’ quality,safety and impacting the action of consumers’ buy.Dairy-packaging material was one of the important factors to dairy-safety which had effect on the safety and quality of dairy products.The aim of this article was to provide an overview of the main issues related to the importance of the packaging system and materials on the safety of dairy products.关键词
