摘要

Abstract

Subcritical fluid extraction (SFE) of volatile oil from Lonicera Japonica with 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R134a) was studied. Extraction process parameters including pressure,temperature,time,and flow rate of R134a were examined to maximize the extraction rate of volatile oil. The results indicated that extraction temperature and time were more critical in extraction process,while extraction pressure and flow rate were less important. The highest extraction yield of volatile oil achieved 2.17% under a condition of 6MPa,50℃ ,and a flow rate of 10g/min with extraction time of 2h. The extract was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The main compounds in the oil were palmitic acid (19.12%), linolenic acid (9.06%) and linoleic acid(18.43%). The extract also contained 29.34% fatty acid ester.
