摘要

Abstract

Based on single factor experiment,the optimal extraction conditions by ultra high pressure extraction process of persimmon tannin were described by response surface method,while the yield of tannins were adopted as indexes. Factors of solid-to-solution ratio,solution concentration,pressure value,and holding pressure time were evaluated for their effects on extraction process. The optimum conditions were as follows= solid-to-solution ratio of 1:25, solution concentration of 56.31%, pressure value of 222.33MPa, holding pressure time of 3min. The proportion of total persimmon tannin was 96.19% under this conditions. It had time saving and high advantage compared with solvent extraction.
