制备低反式酸氢化葵花油的研究
Preparation for low trans fatty acid sunflower oils by hydrogenation

Abstract
Palladium supported on alumina was used as catalyst. Trans fatty acids content of hydrogenated vegetable oil was investigated,the effect of reaction temperature,pressure,catalyst load on the trans-acid of hydrogenated sunflower oil was presented using the single factor experiment. And on the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was used to optimize the hydrogenation process parameters. On the basis of a relatively low trans fatty acids content in the production,the optimum process conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 52℃ ,reaction pressure 1.gMPa,catalyst load 170mg/kg. Under these optimized conditions,the trans fatty acids content of product was 10.59%.关键词
