滁菊总黄酮对大鼠急性心肌缺血保护作用的实验研究
Study on the effect of chuju total flavonoids on actue myocardial ischemia in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective.To observe the effect of chuju total flavonoid on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods： The rats model of acute myocardial infarction were induced by ligating anterior branch of the left coronary artery. The II lead electrocardiograms and the infarction area of myocardium were analyzed,the activities of LDH,CK and SOD in serum were assayed,the concentration of MDA,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in serum were also determined. Results.Chuju total flavonoid could obviously refrain the elevated J of ECG,decrease the infarction area of myocardium,increase the activity of SOD and the concentration 6-keto-PGF1α,reduce the activities of CK,LDH and the concentrstion of MDA and TXB2 in serum comparing with model rats（p〈0.05 or p〈0.01 ）.Conclusion.Chuju total flavonoid has the protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.关键词
