芦荟粗多糖和芦荟苷对急性酒精中毒小鼠的解酒作斥
Protective effects of crude aloe polysaccharides and aloin on mice with acute liver injury induced by alcohol

Abstract
The protective effects of crude aloe polysaccharides(AP) and aloin on acute ethanol-administrated mice were studied. The results showed that AP and aloin significantly prolonged drunk incubation period, decreased sleeping time and waking time of mice. The peak of ethanol concentration in plasm of AP administrated group appeared at about 120min after ethonal intake,and in the low dosage group (9mg/kg. bw),the peak appeared 25.49% less than the control group. The ethanol concentration peak of aloin administrated groups appeared around 120-180min and the peak of high dosage group(200mg/kg.bw) appeared 42.56% less than the control group. The results demonstrated that aloin and AP can effectively alleviated hangover and decreased alcohol content of plasma in acute ethanol-administrated mice.关键词
