三种色谱法分析鲍鱼生殖腺多糖的单糖组成
Comparison of three chromatographic methods for monosaccharide composition analysis of abalone gonad polysaccharide
摘要
Abstract
To find an accurate and effective method to determine the monosaccharide composition of poiysaccharide from abalone gonad (AGP-32). Thin layer chromatography. gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the monosaccharide composition of AGP-32. Results: Method of high performance liquid chromatography had good resolution, and it was suitable to simultaneous analyses of neutral, acidic and alkaline monosaccharide. The monosaccharide composition of AGP-32 which i-dentified by this method was Man = Rha;GlcA , GalA ' Glc '- Gal: Xyl = Fuc = 0.79s 2.05 : 1.6= 0.58 , 0.09: 4.91 , 0. 11 , 0.34. Conclusion: High performance liquid chromatography is more suitable than other chromatographic methods to complicated monosaccharide composition analysis of poiysaccharide such as abalone gonad poiysaccharide.关键词
