芝麻过敏原PCR检测方法
Establishment of PCR method for detecting sesame allergen
摘要
Abstract
Sesame is an important food allergen;low-level doses can cause severe allergic reactions. In this paper, PCR primers were designed based on sesame allergy protein (2S albumin) gene sequence, and conventional PCR and Real-time PCR were established and optimized. The lowest DNA content that can be detected for conventional PCR was 0. 1 ng and 0, 01 ng for real-time PCR, respectively. The specificity of the methods is good and can be widely used.关键词
