Abstract
In China, food additives abuse in food industry is common, causes a lot of food safety incidents, and becomes one of the most concerned issues of the public. In this paper, we took a survey about the use of food additive in 88 food processing enterprises of Zheng-zhou, studying the using of food additives by processing enterprises profoundly. The result demonstrates that a stricter regulation of the use of food additives is essential;and the size of enterprises, the category of products and the integrated level of supply chain have some relevance with enterprises'using of food additives.关键词
