Abstract
Aiming the problems in the definition and delimitation a-tnong food additives, main food ingredients and accessorial food ingredients, and following logical rules and the development trend of food sciencet food additives, main food ingredients and accessorial food ingredients are redefined to ameliorate their definitions and delimit their categories.
