Abstract
Plastic products play an important role in daily lives. Because the chemical waste plastic cannot be degraded by microorganism,so it causes serious environmental pollution. As a new kind of polymer material expected to replace the traditional plastics, poly-p-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) attracted move and more attention in recent years. Strains for accumulating PHB was studied which were screened from the sludge, and the production of PHB was increased. Furthermore, the optimal fermentation conditions were established to determine the optimal fermentation temperature, the optimal pH for growth, the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source for the dilferent mediums by controlling of the variables and using orthogonal experiment and other methods. Under the optimal conditions, the production of PHB is to 0. 84 g/L. The optimization of fermentation conditions provides the available reference data for the large-scale fermentation production of PHB.关键词
