摘要

Abstract

Experiment studies the anticoagulant effects of mal fish ex~ tracts. Using an in vitro test observes the effects of male fish extracts on isolated rabbit plasma recalcification time. In vivo tests,used broken tail method to determine bleeding time of mice, capillary tube method for the determination of coagulation time of mice. The results showed male fish extracts can significantly extend he isolated rabbit plasma recalcification time,mice bleeding, coagulation time,showed that fish extract has anticoagulant effect.
