Abstract
Food supply chain is a part and a carrier of food security supervision and management. Food safety early warning and monitoring work are the premise and the foundation to effectively respond to food sbfety emergencies. In view of food safety supply chain link, and in the analysis of the basic early warning elements, this paper constructs security early warning system of indexes for the food supply chain. This paper discusses pre-warning assessment system and approach to food supply chain security. According to production characteristics of the enterprise, security pre-warning system structure of food supply chain is built by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process. In the process of set pair analysis, the concept of information entropy is introduced. Comparing with the original method of determining weight by experts' experience, the comprehensive entropy-weight method makes it more objective and scientific. Thus, the loss of information can be reduced in judgment process and the integrity of the original message ensured. Difference degree i demonstrates the transformation degree among the unified,opposite and
uncertain items of the system and reflects the warning grade of food safety, which is the "barometer" and "direction sign" of the safety management of the food supply chain.
