Abstract
Food safety problems occur frequently in our modern society,and the food safety situation is not optimistic. In recent years,the government has been started to establish a food security early warning system to ensure food safety. The food safety of municipal area is a key management area in the national food safety system,but there is still no complete constructed model to municipal government food safety early warning systems at the moment. In this article, the municipal government food safety warning system structure is divided into,early-warning information collection,early warning analysis and early warning response, bases on the municipal food security situation and staffing specific circumstances,and the information systems of the three modules have also been well designed at the same time.关键词
