摘要
Abstract
Xylitol/glycerol/zein film were produced with xylitol/glyc-erol as a compound plasticizer. Microstructure,mechanical properties and thermal stability of xylitol/glycerol/zein film were studied. The thermal properties of xylitol/zein film were stable below 160℃,there was holes in zein film which contained xylitol and glycerol. the tensile strength of xylitol/glycerot/zein film is lower than the tensile strength of pure zein film, but the elongation at break of the xylitol/ glycerol/zein film was higher than the elongation at break of pure zein film.关键词
