AIM: The LC-MS/MS method was developed and validated, and assessed the pharmacokinetic properties after a single dose of 500, 1000, or 1500 mg of ranolazine in healthy Chinese volunteers. METHODS: Twelve Chinese subjects (6 men, 6 women) were enrolled in the single-dose phase of the PK study.
