Analysis of antibacterial agents used in patients with cesarean section during perioperative period
目的 了解剖宫产手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况,旨在为合理用药提供依据.方法 随机抽取266份剖宫产病例,用Excel软件对剖宫产围手术期的用药情况进行统计,按照围手术期病人抗菌药物使用合理性评价标准进行分析.结果 剖宫产术后抗菌药物使用率为100％；使用频率前3位的抗菌药物依次为甲硝唑(38.8％)、美洛西林(24.6％)、头孢美唑(13.4％)；所有患者均未在术前0.5～2 h使用抗菌药物；术后二联用药有185例,占69.6％,三联用药有7…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the use of antibacterial agents in patients with cesarean section (CS) during perioperative period. Methods Case records of 266 CS cases were randomly retrieved and the concerning drug use were analyzed by Excel. Results All of the total 266 patients with CS were given antibacterial agents after cesarean section.
