摘要

Abstract

Macroporous adsorption resin D101 was used to purify polyphenols extracted from peanut hulls (PHP). Tne antioxidant activity of PHP was studied by testing the peroxide value (POV) and shelf life of peanut oil, sunflower seed oil after adding PHP. The results showed that macroporous adsorption resin D101 can significantly improved PHP purity to 769. 3mg/g dry weight. PHP exhibited higher lipid antioxidative activity than tea polyphenol in lard and sunflower seed oil. However, there was no significant difference between PHP and tea polyphenol in peanut oil. When 0.02% PHP was added into the oils, the shelf life of peanut oil, sunflower seed oil and lard was extend from 128d d to 160d, 128d to 192 and 160d to 256d respectively. PHP is a potential plant source of antioxidants.
