“米邦塔”食用仙人掌体外抗氧化活性的研究

摘要
Abstract
The OMP extracts by different extracting solvents showed antioxidant activities in vitro were tested. Reducing power test, deoxidization Fe 3+ , anti - lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid and lecithin liposome ,1,1- diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and superoxide radical scavenging assays, with butylated hydroxyanisole ( BHA) and ascorbic acid as positive controls. The results suggested that methanol OMP powder had strongest scavenging activities and deoxidization Fe3 + ; 30mg/mL OMP water extracts had strongest anti - lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid activities.关键词
