摘要

Abstract

Determination on aluminum in food by ion selective electrode was established- Fluoride ion selective electrode is an indicator electrode and saturated Calmel electrode is a reference electrode, the potential versus the logarithm of the aluminum concentration is in a good linear relationship. The liner range of aluminum ion concentration was 0 ~ 10μg/mL, liner correlation coefficient was 0.9926, and recovery rate of aluminum is 101. 19% ~ 97.62%. This method is a simple, rapid, reproductive and high sensitive. The method can be used for determining the aluminum content in food with satisfactory results.
