HPLC测定乳制品中的甲醛含量
Determination of Formaldehyde in Milk Product by HPLC

Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-ultraviolet (UV) method was developed for determination of formaldehyde in different milk products, in order to investigate the residues of formaldehyde in various sugar and milk products. Samples were based on trichloroacetic acid(TCA), Zn(AC)2 and KFe(CN)6 pertreatment, formaldehyde was derivated with 1 mg/mL 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) at 60 ℃ for 30 min, then analysis by HPLC at UV-detector. The average recovery for the three kinds of samples were above 95%. The both of with-day and between-day precision were lower than 5%. A goodlinear relation was observed between 0.03-4.00 μg/mL of amout of formaldehyde. The LOD and LOQ were 0.03 and 0.10 μg/mL, respectively. The method had good anti-interference to similar chemicals of aldehyde and alcohol. Thus, the HPLC method, with a simpler operation, and a better accuracy and stability, was available to determine the formaldehyde in various milk products with satisfactory results.关键词
