Abstract
The government takes responsibilities of construction and management of animal products quality and safety supervision system because animal products quality and safety management has the characteristics of public goods, externality and information asymmetry. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China＇s animal products quality and safety has been improved greatly, the laws and regulations, standards, testing system of animal products quality and safety have been preliminary built. The lesson from the history is that we should introduce new ideas, innovate animal product quality and safety management concept, strengthen the construction of animal product quality and safety management system, raise the level of scientific research, and strengthen the information communication.关键词
