消费者对食品安全风险来源的关注度分析——基于全国城乡居民的问卷调查
Analysis of Consumers＇ Degree of Concern About Sources of Food Safety Risk -Based on the Questionnaires of Nationwide Residents
摘要
Abstract
Previously, in food safety area, domestic researches focused on exploring different sources ot risk ana possble control method. However, few concerned about the factors affecting food safety which consumers really cared about. A total of 755 consumers were surveyed with questionnaire about the degree they concern about factors affecting food safety. Through factor analysis, cluster analysis and chi-square test, this paper classified the factors affecting food safety and also divided consumers into different groups. This paper also examed the differences of characteristics between different consumer groups.关键词
