黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞钙通道基因表达的影响研究
Influence of APS on the Calcium Channel Gene Expression in Cardiomyocyte of Type 2 Diabetes Rats
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the influence of APS on the L-type calcium channel protein mRNA expression of the cardiomyocyte in the type 2 diabetes rats. [Method] Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group and APS groups. The mRNA expression of L-type calcium channelprotein was metered by RT-PCR at the end of 8 weeks. [Result] The expressions of the L-type calcium protein mRNA of diabetes group and therapy group were significantly higher than that of the control group, while the therapy group was significantly lower than the model group (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] APS can decrease the L-type calcium channel protein mRNA expression in the cardiomyocyte of the type 2 diabetes rats. APS have therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes.关键词
