Abstract
The article introduces the shift -drop packing machine in the existing technology and its problems. On this basis, a new direct - drop packing machine is designed. The way of transporting bottles is changed. After arrayed in some rows, the bottles go directly into the packing station. By the special turnover plate machine and the power synchronization machine, the bottles drop into the cartons. The packing speed is improved as a result of cancelling the shift action of the bottles. Without the pushing bottles machine and the anti - down bottles machine, this direct - drop packing machine is dwindled in size, and its manufacturing cost is reduced.关键词
