Abstract
Bisphenol ( BPA) can lead to abnormal phenomena of genital and immunologic as an endocrine disrupting chemical. Because of safety, scientists all over the world comprehensively pay attention to this issue. The determination methods of bisphenol A in food packing materials were reviewed in this paper. Including to spectroscopy, fluorescence, gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chro-matography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and electrochemical.关键词
