摘要
Abstract
At present,more parents hope that their children can receive high- quality education, but due to the uneven distribution of education resources, the imbalance between supply and demand is accentuated, causing problems such as ＂selecting school fever＂, ＂Olympic math fever＂ and so on. Taking ＂Wide- range Academic district management system＂ in Xi＇an as an example,the thesis analyzes the detailed mea- sures taken and the direction of strategic policy about how to allocate educational resources,achieve educational equity and the balanced devel- opment of quality education.Besides,initial exploration based on theoretical and empirical research has been done in order to promote the bal- anced development of regional basic education.关键词
