摘要

Abstract

Problem solving is a significant theoretical psychological concept, and therefore, it sheds lights on how to deal with teacher- student cordticts. The conflict between teachers and students which is regarded as a problem is influenced by the following factors:the differences between experts and the green hand, the approach, set and functional fixedness of knowledge representation, teachers' motivation to deal with conflict, teachers' emotion, the relationship between teachers and students etc. The marmgement of the conflicts between teachers and students can mirror the procedures used to deal with problems, while in the process of problem solvlng,strategies adopted may also help to deal with the conflicts between teachers and students.
