Analysis of the Necessity, Problems and Strategy of Government Financial Intervention in Early Childhood Education
摘要
Abstract
Governments at all levels have the responsibility to develop early childhood education in China.However, the problems in gov- ernments＇ financial intervention seriously hinder the development of early childhood education. Due to the weak financial investment in early childhood education, poor coordination of financial deparmaents, and the lack of legal guarantee and the inadequate financial invesmaent that does not catch up with the speed of social development, the paper puts forward some proposals for developing early childhood education in terms of the responsibilities of relevant depamnents of governments at all levels, the establishment of legal guarantee and the setup of the special edu- cation fimds for early childhood education in order to provide govemn~ents with some references for exploring the development of early childhood education.关键词
