The Analysis of People - oriented Management of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract
People - oriented management plays a promoting role in the sustainable development of kindergarten, so it＇ s necessary to imple- ment people- oriented management policy in kindergarten. This paper expounds the current situation of the management of the kindergarten teachers, and puts forward some related measures about the people- oriented management in kindergarten, such as establishing a d~mtic cultural environment,respecting teachers and establishing the reasonable mechanism of employing and selecting the kindergarten teachers and so on in order to provide a theoretical basis for the future people- oriented management in kindergarten.关键词
