摘要
Abstract
Objective：To explore the diagnostic value and comprehension of the causes of CT in cavernous transformation of portal vein（CTPV）.Methods：The clinical data of one case with cavernous transformation of portal vein was analyzed retrospectively.Results：the portal vein were broaden and circuitous;the left and right branches of portal vein were dilated to form the blind side and the branches of intrahepatic portal vein were increased.Conclusion：CTPV have characteristic imaging features,which are the key to accurately diagnose this disease and may be great helpful for clinical treatment.关键词
