摘要

Abstract

A novel kind of working electrolyte with high-voltage and long life for aluminum electrolytic capacitors was prepared by using mixed ammonium branch-chain carboxylate as main electrolyte, ethylene glycol as main solvent and other functional additives as protective agent in the electrolyte. And the performances of aluminum electrolytic capacitors comprising such electrolyte were exclusively studied. The results show that the aluminum electrolytic capacitors exhibit some good characteristics for high temperature, long life, high ripple current capability, low leakage current and so on. The energy saving lamps and electronic ballasts using aluminum electrolytic capacitors with this kind of electrolyte demonstrate excellent high-temperature characteristic for 2 000 h under load, at 150 ℃.
