摘要

Abstract

Soy products standard has been developed in China for nearly half a century. And it has made a great contribution to t development of Chinese soy industry. This article described the situation of soy products standard development in China. The problems ai shortcomings existed in the soy products standard system were discussed the amendments were proposed to solve these problems.
