固体超强酸催化合成月桂酸单甘酯的研究
Study on catalytic synthesis of glycerol monolaurate by solid superacid

Abstract
Glycerol monolaurate was compounded in the absence of solvent under the reaction of lauric acid and glycerol with Nation - H as catalyst. The factors which affected the reaction was studied. The result showed that the optimum technical condition was the molar ratio ( acid : glycerol) 1 : 2.5, the ternperature 190 ℃ for 2 h, the mass ratio of catalyst to lauric acid and glycerol 1.5%, in this case glycerol monolaurate was 64.1%. The catalyst could be reused dispense with any treatment, which was good for industrial applications.关键词
