摘要

Abstract

A rapid quantitative method of ethyl carbamate(EC) in distillates using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) following by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was presented, The extraction conditions of HS-SPME were optimized in order to get the optimum conditions for the analysis of EC. The optimized condition consisted of ethanol content,extraction temperature and extraction time. The method showed good linearity(R^2〉0.99) over the concentration ranges. The detection limit,relative standard deviation ( RSD ), recovery were 1.16μg/L, 1.26% - 12.51%, and 89% - 119%, respectively, which indicated that the presented analytical method provided a selective and sensitive technique to quantify EC in distilled liquors. Finally ,this method would be used for quantitative analysis of distilled liquors.
