摘要

Abstract

Organochlorine pesticides residues in rice in several Hunan district was examined so as to provide security for production of pharmaceutical glucose which was made with broken rice and a reasonable reference for the application of organic pesticides. The modified method of Chinese pharmacopoeia was used to extract and prepare the samples which were analyzed by gas chromatography with SE-54 fused silica capillary column(3.0m×0.25mm×0.32 mm) and the contents of nine organic chlorine pesticide were separated by column temperature program and detected by electronic capture detector, calculated by external standard. The results showed that organic chlorine pesticides in rice were determined and found in all samples. This method was fast,simple and accurate that it could be used to determine organic chlorine pesticide in rice.
