Effect of dissolved oxygen on β-glucanase fermentation by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BS 5582
摘要
Abstract
The fermentation conditions of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BS5582 were investigated in 10L automatic fermenter to improve β-glucanase production. Dissolved oxygen concentration was optimized by controlling ventilation, pressure and stirring speed. The enzyme activity of β-glucanase was 511U/mL in 44h, increased by 122.76%. The optimized condition was determined as follows:37℃,inoculation amount 6.67% ,liquid volume 6L,ventilation amount 9L/min,stirring speed 600r/min,tank pressure 0.6MPa.关键词
